As an Instructional and Multimedia Designer for IHOP and Applebee’s, I helped develop video-based training and interactive learning modules used across restaurant operations. A key project was the Menu Module, which allows kitchen staff to quickly search dishes, review ingredients, and access step-by-step training videos.
